Betty believes that buying and selling your home should be an enjoyable experience, not a source of anxiety. After all, it’s your most important asset and a place you call “home”! Her goal with each and every client is not only to meet their expectations, but to exceed them, each and every time. Betty believes that every client should be given the level of service she would expect for herself if she were buying or selling. 

Betty has been with the Royal LePage family since 1990.  Over the years she has had the honour of achieving #1 Top Producer status in the office, top 1% nationally for Royal LePage and top ½% on the Toronto Real Estate Board. Betty is a proud supporter of the Women’s Shelter Foundation and donates a portion of every commission to this cause. 

In  2010, Betty assembled a dynamic power team dedicated to providing a new and innovative approach to real estate. The team’s main focus is on the client and with over 50 years of combined experience they share Betty’s commitment to integrity, dedication and client service.

Marc joins us with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience.  He is committed to providing exceptional service always keeping his clients financial interests top of mind . His marketing experience will be an asset in selling your home. In addition, finding you the right home, or property that meets your criteria is as important to him as aggressive price negotiation. He is fluent in English, French and Italian
Marc lives in Nobleton with his wife and 2 sons and is actively involved as a volunteer in  community sports programs.  He  has extensive knowledge in the King ,Vaughan and Richmond Hill areas.


Pat Lent
Sales Representative & Client Care Manager

Pat has been a licensed realtor since 2002 and assistant to Betty for the past 8 years as the Client Care Manager. While buying or selling a home is a major commitment, it doesn’t need to be stressful and overwhelming. We have the necessary experience and systems in place to deliver the results that you want to achieve and to meet your expectations and dreams.. 

Pat believes that there is 3 essential components to successfully buying or selling a home:
1) Current and accurate information
2) proven marketing strategies
3) quality service and mutual respect

Her job is to try and answer any questions you may have, to market your home to its fullest potential, to give you the necessary information and to try to make the process of either buying or selling as seamless as possible.

Leanne Tucker
Sales Representative & Administrator
Leanne has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and a part-time administrator on Betty's team since 2012.  Prior to joining Betty's team she was a successful sales representative with Century 21 Heritage Group and RE/MAX Omega Realty in the Newmarket area. 

Leanne also has a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and many years experience providing quality customer care to insurance clients while negotiating successful resolution of their claims. She is married with 2 fur kids and has been a local resident for 18 years. When not in the office, you might find Leanne volunteering her time at our local animal shelters and rescues.
